President Trump simultaneously issued an ultimatum to Russian President Vladimir Putin, giving him 50 days to arrange a ceasefire or face trade sanctions.

What does this change mean for America and its potential engagement with Ukraine and NATO partners? How will Russia's Putin respond? Is America's attitude toward supporting Ukraine changing, or will the concerns of isolationism remain a stumbling block?

Ambassador Gilmore served as America's top diplomat to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in President Donald Trump's first administration. His firm leadership through the Trump Administration made an impact within Europe's capital cities and its corridors of power specifically in regard to holding Russia to account.

In fact, I just finished doing that in response to their raising some trivial little error we made, but NOT an error of our policy. Today we would like to draw attention to the Russian government’s continuing conscription of individuals from Crimea into Russia’s armed forces. Compelling persons protected by the Fourth Geneva Convention to serve in the forces of a hostile power is a grave breach of the Geneva Convention, and a violation of the obligations that the Russian Federation owes under its subscription to the Geneva Convention. Once again, a violation of international norms and behavior and commitments that the Russian Federation has made and now violates."

In 1994, former Gov. John Engler appointed Saad to the Michigan Court of Appeals, a role he held for 23 years, including a term as Chief Judge of the Michigan Court of Appeals. During his tenure, Judge Saad served on the Governor's Task Force for Abused Children, and he also served as the Chair of the appellate court's Education Committee.

Judge Saad was nominated to the federal district court by President George H.W. Bush and to the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit Court by President George W. Bush. Judge Saad retired from the appellate court in 2017.

James S. Gilmore III was appointed by President Donald Trump to be Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation (OSCE) in Vienna, Austria in 2019. He was confirmed unanimously by the U.S. Senate. As ambassador, he headed a mission devoted to the security issues of the 57 member countries, involving matters of geopolitics, arms control, economics and human rights.

Ambassador Gilmore was elected the 68th Governor of Virginia in 1997. Governor Gilmore traveled extensively on behalf of business development for Virginia, visiting sixteen countries on three continents.

He was a candidate for President of the United States in 2008 and 2016.From 1999 to 2003 Ambassador chaired the Congressional Advisory Panel to Assess Domestic Response Capabilities for Terrorism Involving Weapons of Mass Destruction, more commonly referred to as the “Gilmore Commission”. The Commission warned of the dangers of an attack on the homeland prior to the 9-11 attacks on New York and at the Pentagon, and issued two additional reports thereafter. Ambassador Gilmore was appointed Chairman of the Board of Visitors of the U.S. Air Force Academy from 2002-2005 by President George W. Bush, and was awarded the Air Force Exceptional Service Medal in 2006.

Ambassador Gilmore served in the U.S. Army from 1971-1974, and was awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal for service in the Military Intelligence to a multi-national military command headquartered in West Germany.

Before government service, John used his complete fluency in Japanese to serve in Christian missions in Japan, where he helped churches reach the vulnerable using technology, and deployed homeless outreach strategies for Japanese churches. "Enbridge has warned that a Line 5 shutdown would threaten Michigan’s energy security, particularly for Upper Peninsula residents who rely upon propane from Line 5 to heat their homes. The company has also said a Line 5 shutdown would increase fuel prices and harm Southeast Michigan and Ohio refineries that process oil from Line 5. While the Biden Administration has failed to hold to account a nuclear-armed Russia for invading a sovereign state on the European continent, the question raised is how will the White House cordon a nuclear-armed Iran from attacking sovereign states in the Middle East including Israel and beyond.

The discussion will also highlight the one-year anniversary of the chaotic and disastrous withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan that saw the Taliban take power by force and 13 American service men and women killed in the withdrawal.

According to published reports, "A federal magistrate judge has given the Department of Justice one week to provide a redacted copy of the affidavit used to justify the unprecedented FBI search of former President Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence, saying that he believes the affidavit should be partially released. U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart ruled the DOJ must turn over the redacted version by next Thursday at noon."

In 1974, Foster and Lynn Friess launched Friess Associates. Business Week heralded him as the “longest surviving successful growth stock picker” and CNBC’s Ron Insana dubbed him one of the “century’s great investors.”

Foster works to promote the Founding Father principles of free enterprise, limited constitutional government, fiscal responsibility, and traditional American values. He believes we can find effective, innovative private sector solutions to many of the problems we face.

Among their many philanthropic commitments, Foster and Lynn, through the Friess Family Foundation, support mobile medical vans in needy U.S. neighborhoods, provide clean drinking water in Malawi, Africa, and assist in natural disaster relief efforts around the world. Foster received the Muhamad Ali Humanitarian Award and Childhelp’s Spirit of the Children Award, among other honors.

Foster Friess was born in Rice Lake, Wisconsin in 1940 and a first-generation college graduate. His mother dropped out of school in the eighth grade to pick cotton in order to save the family farm in Texas. His father dealt cattle and horses.

His investment strategy, based on the premise that —individual-company fundamentals drive stock prices, generated strong results for the portfolios he managed on behalf of institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
