Join America's Roundtable (https://americasrt.com/) radio co-hosts Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy with John Catsimatidis, a leading national business figure and senior lay leader in the Greek Orthodox Church community.
John Catsimatidis is the Chairman and CEO, The Red Apple Group and Owner of the Iconic 77 WABC Radio in New York City. The Red Apple Group is a conglomerate that owns and operates assets in the energy, real estate, finance, insurance, and supermarket industries. 77 WABC Radio is heard in 50 states and 173 countries. John is the author of Wall Street Journal Bestseller and Publishers Weekly Bestseller — “How Far Do You Want to Go: Lessons from a Common-Sense Billionaire.”
As a leading American entrepreneur, John Catsimatidis will provide insights into the state of the US economy as inflation drops, nationwide gas prices fall under $2.80 per gallon and rent prices coming down. John will explain how free market principles applied by House Republicans in Congress with President Trump's "The One, Big, Beautiful Bill" will cut taxes for Americans earning under $50,000 by 14.9%.
John will also highlight the benefits for 4 million tipped workers like waitresses, barbers, hairstylists, and taxi drivers who will not pay taxes on tips. For those working overtime - once again, this group of hard-working Americans will not be taxed on overtime. A major savings and great benefit for senior citizens who will not have to pay taxes on social security.
Natasha Srdoc and John Catsimatidis discuss key economic data of economic growth rates and how changes at the Federal Reserve Bank may usher in an era of lower interest rates that will further help working families.
Joel Anand and John Catsimatidis discuss the major fraud and money laundering unveiled in Minnesota with federal taxpayer funds abused.
According to published reports: "A Minnesota safety net program was so easy to scam, it attracted tourists, Assistant U.S. Attorney Joe Thompson said Thursday. The extent of fraud in Minnesota human services programs — which has become infamous across the country — is even higher than the public knew. Providers in 14 “high-risk,” state-run Medicaid programs being audited by the state have billed $18 billion since 2018, and “half or more” is possibly fraudulent, Thompson said."
The conversation on America's Roundtable will also focus on the horrific terrorist attack in Sydney, Australia, with 15 innocent civilians murdered and over 40 injured as the Jewish community gathered for the first day of Hanukkah. The brazen manifestation of anti-Semitism in the West, including America is brought to the forefront.
The concerns of the waves of socialism battering America will be highlighted as the Democratic Party becomes more influenced by the Democratic Socialist Party's agenda which pushes communism and socialism, dangerous ideologies that have failed and left billions of people around the world in poverty.
The conversation will also bring to the forefront economic forecasts for 2026 and what Americans can expect in the New Year.

The book reveals how John's instincts and common sense propelled him to massive business success in this detailed account of an incredible rags-to-riches story and his calling to serve his fellow-Americans through philanthropic work.
The conversation with John Catsimatidis focuses on the U.S. Congress passing the "One Big Beautiful Bill," and President Trump's policies which are reversing the failed policies of the Biden-Harris era. On this segment of America's Roundtable, the timely discussion elevates American exceptionalism as the nation gears up for the 250th anniversary of the nation's founding. John also highlights the responsibilities for Americans to ensure that we uphold the nation's founding documents, the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Join America's Roundtable (https://americasrt.com/) radio co-hosts Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy with John Catsimatidis, one of America's top entrepreneurs and a tireless advocate advancing pro-growth policies. Catsimatidis is the owner and CEO of the Red Apple Group, a conglomerate that owns and operates assets in the energy, real estate, finance, insurance, and supermarket industries. John Catsimatidis is also the author of The Wall Street Journal and Publishers Weekly Bestseller — "How Far Do You Want to Go?: Lessons from a Common-Sense Billionaire."
In March 2020, John Catsimatidis’s Red Apple Media Inc., a subsidiary of Red Apple Group, Inc. completed the acquisition of Talk Radio 77 WABC, an iconic New York City radio station.
The conversation focuses on Catsimatidis’s recent meeting with President-elect Donald J. Trump in Mar-a-Lago, his conversation with Steve Forbes on the urgency of tax cuts in America, and his thoughts on economic issues impacting American families and the need for immigration reform.
John Catsimatidis shares his concerns about the challenges faced in key cities across America including New York City and how ill-advised policies have led people to leave one of America's greatest cities. The trend of a mass exodus of citizens and businesses leaving states that are pushing failed economic and far-left policies can been seen in other states including California, known as the "Golden State."
AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act
Business and community leaders have been advocating for AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act. John Catsimatidis elevates this concern which is a national security issue.
Unfortunately, the legislative measure was not included in the final major legislation of the 118th Congress - the Continuing Resolution. First responders, state and community leaders have emphasized AM radio’s critical role in addressing emergencies.

Join America's Roundtable (https://americasrt.com/) radio co-hosts Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy with distinguished guest John Catsimatidis, author of The Wall Street Journal Bestseller "How Far Do You Want to Go?: Lessons from a Common-Sense Billionaire” and owner, president, chairman, and CEO of Red Apple Group and owner of the iconic 77 WABC-AM radio — New York City.
Our key topics focus on the U.S. Presidential debate’s aftermath and the serious concerns raised by Democratic leaders about President Biden’s future leadership role.
John Catsimatidis, Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy also delve into the realities on the ground impacting America’s families on the economic and security fronts, and the serious risks of an open border which is adversely impacting local communities. The flood of fentanyl pouring into the nation has killed 100,000 Americans over the course of the past year.
John Catsimatidis also communicates about the importance of faith and its moral foundation which can help educate and raise a new generation of Americans who will apply the meaningful approach of expanding philanthropy and being actively involved in caring for our local communities.
John Catsimatidis is Vice Chairman of the Archdiocesan Council of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese and a member of the Leadership 100 Executive Committee. He is a long-time member along with his wife, Margo. Their daughter, Andrea, and son, John Jr, are also fulfilled members of Leadership 100.
Bio | John Catsimatidis
Billionaire entrepreneur John Catsimatidis, owner and CEO of the Red Apple Group, reveals how his instincts and common sense have propelled him to massive business success in this detailed account of an incredible rags-to-riches story. Born on the small Greek island of Nisyros, John Catsimatidis immigrated to the States with his family and quickly became a true New Yorker, raised in Harlem. He went to school by day and worked in a small grocery store by night to help his parents pay the bills until, just eight credits short of graduating from New York University, he opted to work in the grocery business full-time.
Today, that grocery business has become the Red Apple Group, a conglomerate with interests in energy, real estate, aviation, baseball, entertainment, and media, including the iconic radio station WABC, where John hosts leading figures in government, politics, business, and economics.
As Catsimatidis has discovered, the American Dream doesn’t come with an instruction manual—or even a sign to let you know when you’ve arrived at the finish line. How Far Do You Want to Go? tells Catsimatidis’s dynamic story, from his beginnings in the grocery business to entering the political arena, including a New York City mayoral campaign. He’s tried his hand at nearly everything, but he’s far from finished with his adventures. Now, he offers readers a glimpse into the wisdom he’s gained—and the excitement he has for what the future holds in store. In his own words, John Catsimatidis shares with our engaged listeners how his instincts and common sense propelled him to massive business success in this detailed account of an incredible rags-to-riches story. John's dedication to family, faith and country will inspire everyone.
John's story focuses on the humbling experiences of a Greek immigrant family coming to America and embracing the American Dream through a strong work ethic and sacrifices. Today, his job creation endeavors through the Red Apple Group employs thousands of our fellow Americans, from New York to Pennsylvania, Florida, and other places.

Bio: John Catsimatidis (https://www.catsimatidis.com/about/)
John Catsimatidis came from humble beginnings.
John was born on the Greek Island of Nisyros in 1948 and 6 months later his parents emigrated to New York City in search of a better life. They settled on 135th Street in Harlem and his father found work as a busboy and his mother was a stay-at-home mom.
John is a true son of New York; he was educated in both the parochial and public school systems earning his high school diploma from Brooklyn Tech. John enrolled in New York University to study electrical engineering; going to school during the day and working in a small grocery store on nights and weekends to help his parents pay the bills. During his senior year, with just 8 credits remaining, John dropped out of NYU to work in the grocery business full-time. By his 25th birthday he was already a success with 10 Red Apple Supermarkets scattered along Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper Westside.
. . . and has lived the American Dream
Now, four decades later the Red Apple Group has evolved into a diversified corporation that has holdings in the energy, aviation, retail and real estate sectors and over 8,000 employees, with approximately 2,000 located in New York City. John and his wife Margo Catsimatidis live on Manhattan’s Upper East side and are parents to 2 grown children; Andrea and John Jr.
John is a firm believer in giving back to the community and has been a strong supporter of the Police Athletic League for nearly 30 years.
He serves on the Board of Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, the Hellenic Times Scholarship Fund, and over the years served in a variety of volunteer positions in the Greek Orthodox Church.

Bio: John Catsimatidis

Join America's Roundtable (https://americasrt.com/) radio co-hosts Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy with billionaire entrepreneur John Catsimatidis, author, "How Far do You Want to Go?" on vital issues impacting America's economy and security. John Catsimatidis is owner and CEO of the Red Apple Group,
owner of 77 WABC Radio and host of The Cats Roundtable. John Catsimatidis shares about his leading endeavors to fight back against the scheme by carmakers to eliminate AM radio from vehicles and the serious concern that removal of AM alerts will adversely affect millions of Americans when facing manmade and natural disasters.
The conversation also focuses on the high cost of energy and America's leadership on the world stage. John Catsimatidis also shares about his recent conversation with former President Donald J. Trump aired on 77 WABC radio (https://wabcradio.com/episode/president-donald-trump-04-30-23/).
New York Post | Carmakers’ unsafe, un-American push to eliminate AM radio (https://nypost.com/2023/04/26/carmakers-unsafe-un-american-push-to-eliminate-am-radio/)
"But some automotive makers — Ford among them — want to eliminate the AM option (https://nypost.com/2023/04/14/sean-hannity-speaks-out-on-electric-vehicles-ditching-am-radio/) in all gas-powered and electric 2024 models. The move isn’t only un-American — it’s just plain dumb. AM radio is undisputedly the most reliable form of communication during emergencies. And it’s not only small markets that depend on getting crucial information out via the airwaves — every major city uses AM alerts during manmade and natural disasters." — John Catsimatidis, Op-Ed | The New York Post

Victor Davis Hanson, senior fellow at Hoover Institution, Stanford University and New York Times bestselling author joins America's Roundtable co-hosts Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy in a timely conversation on one of the greatest challenges impacting America. Professor Hanson explains the decline and fall of the once cherished idea of American citizenship.
Human history is full of the stories of peasants, subjects, and tribes. Yet the concept of the “citizen” is historically rare—and was among America’s most valued ideals for over two centuries. But without shock treatment, warns historian Victor Davis Hanson, American citizenship as we have known it may soon vanish.
In The Dying Citizen — How Progressive Elites, Tribalism, and Globalization Are Destroying the Idea of America, Hanson outlines the historical forces that led to this crisis. The evisceration of the middle class over the last fifty years has made many Americans dependent on the federal government. Open borders have undermined the idea of allegiance to a particular place. Identity politics have eradicated our collective civic sense of self. And a top-heavy administrative state has endangered personal liberty, along with formal efforts to weaken the Constitution.
As in the revolutionary years of 1848, 1917, and 1968, 2020 ripped away our complacency about the future. But in the aftermath, we as Americans can rebuild and recover what we have lost. The choice is ours.
Bio: Victor Davis Hanson, PhD | https://victorhanson.com/
Hanson, who was the fifth successive generation to live in the same house on his family’s farm, was a full-time orchard and vineyard grower from 1980-1984, before joining the nearby CSU Fresno campus in 1984 to initiate a classical languages program. In 1991, he was awarded an American Philological Association Excellence in Teaching Award, which is given yearly to the country’s top undergraduate teachers of Greek and Latin.
Hanson has written for the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, International Herald Tribune, New York Post, National Review, The Washington Times, Commentary, The Washington Post, Claremont Review of Books, American Heritage, New Criterion, Policy Review, Wilson Quarterly, Weekly Standard, Daily Telegraph, and has been interviewed on National Public Radio, PBS Newshour, Fox News, CNN, and C-Span’s Book TV and In-Depth.
Hanson is the author of hundreds of articles, book reviews, scholarly papers, and newspaper editorials on matters ranging from ancient Greek, agrarian and military history to foreign affairs, domestic politics, and contemporary culture. He has written or edited 24 books. His latest books, The Case for Trump (released on March 5, 2019) and The Second World Wars (October 2017), a history of World War II, were both published by Basic Books.
Hanson was educated at the University of California, Santa Cruz (BA, Classics, 1975, ‘highest honors’ Classics, ‘college honors’, Cowell College), the College Year in Athens (Athens, Raphael Demos Fellow, 1973-4), the American School of Classical Studies, Athens (regular member, 1978-79) and received his Ph.D. in Classics from Stanford University in 1980, with special emphases in the classical authors Thucydides and Aristophanes.

Join Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy, co-hosts of America's Roundtable for a conversation with Peggy Grande, executive assistant to President Ronald Reagan (1989-1999) and author of "The President Will See You Now". Grande, who started in the Office of Ronald Reagan as a college student and earned her way into a coveted role as the president’s Executive Assistant, offers an unparalleled perspective on the post-presidency of a political icon.
We discuss President Ronald Reagan's charachter, the significance of faith in his life and his principled leadership in addressing domestic and foreign policy issues. The conversation also highlights President Ronald Reagan's major legacies in hastening the fall of the Berlin Wall and the special friendship and relationship with Margaret Thatcher and the United Kingdom, respectively.
About the Book: https://peggygrande.com/book/
In The President Will See You Now, devoted Reagan insider Peggy Grande shares behind-the-scenes stories, intimate moments, and powerful insights into one of America’s most beloved presidents. Grande, who started in the Office of Ronald Reagan as a college student and earned her way into a coveted role as the president’s Executive Assistant, offers an unparalleled perspective on the post-presidency of a political icon.
Grande’s stories and never-before-seen photos show a unique, private side to a public figure and leader who reshaped conservatism, ushered in an era of prosperity, and helped spur the end of the Cold War. Grande reveals what day-to-day life was like in Reagan’s California office, including the former president’s relationship with the First Lady and his interactions with friends, world leaders, and everyday Americans.
Grande recounts Reagan’s vigorous schedule for years after he left the White House, his robust engagement with others, and ongoing political advocacy. Despite his eventual Alzheimer’s diagnosis, Grande shows how Ronald Reagan remained true to his core beliefs, his gentlemanly kindness, and his undying hope for his country.
Today the Reagan legacy looms over American politics more than ever. Grande reminds readers why: When Ronald Reagan was president, we not only loved ourselves but also loved America, and the American values he represented: faith, optimism, and patriotism.

Join America's Roundtable co-hosts Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy for a conversation with Foster Friess.
In 1974, Foster and Lynn Friess launched Friess Associates. The firm’s flagship, the Brandywine Fund, averaged 20 percent annual gains in the 1990s, causing Forbes magazine to name it one of the decade’s top mutual funds. Business Week heralded him as the “longest surviving successful growth stock picker” and CNBC’s Ron Insana dubbed him one of the “century’s great investors.”
Foster works to promote the Founding Father principles of free enterprise, limited constitutional government, fiscal responsibility, and traditional American values. He believes we can find effective, innovative private sector solutions to many of the problems we face.
Among their many philanthropic commitments, Foster and Lynn, through the Friess Family Foundation, support mobile medical vans in needy U.S. neighborhoods, provide clean drinking water in Malawi, Africa, and assist in natural disaster relief efforts around the world. Foster received the Muhamad Ali Humanitarian Award and Childhelp’s Spirit of the Children Award, among other honors.
Foster Friess was born in Rice Lake, Wisconsin in 1940 and a first-generation college graduate. His mother dropped out of school in the eighth grade to pick cotton in order to save the family farm in Texas. His father dealt cattle and horses.
His investment strategy, based on the premise that —individual-company fundamentals drive stock prices, generated strong results for the portfolios he managed on behalf of institutions and high-net-worth individuals. Business Week heralded him as the “longest surviving successful growth stock picker” and CNBC’s Ron Insana dubbed him one of the “century’s great investors.
