In 1986, Gerard Gibert founded Venture Technologies, a technology and cloud services provider. As CEO of Venture, Gibert engineered numerous mergers and acquisitions of strategic targets, catapulting Venture to national prominence as a technology solutions provider. Initially funded at $189,000, Venture was sold for $92 million in 2019. Mr. Gibert serves on a variety of boards dedicated to growing Mississippi’s economy. That list includes the Madison County Economic Development Authority, Madison County Business League and Foundation, Innovate Mississippi, Empower Mississippi, and the Mississippi Lottery Corporation.

Gerard Gibert also serves on the executive advisory board of International Leaders Summit and is co-chair of the U.S.-based think tank's American Leadership Task Force advancing principled reforms.

The Honorable Maurice McTigue is Vice President for Outreach at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Mr. McTigue serves on the executive advisory board of the International Leaders Summit and delivered keynote addresses at The Jerusalem Leaders Summit in Israel, the International Leaders Summit’s events in Brussels, Eastern Europe and Washington, DC. In Washington, DC, McTigue advised the White House Office of Management and Budget and most federal agencies on issues of accountability and transparency and has consulted with legislators and governors in more than 30 states.

A former cabinet minister and member of parliament in his native New Zealand, McTigue was one of the architects of the “New Zealand miracle,” which dramatically reformed the country’s government and economy by implementing market-driven, progrowth policies. He later became New Zealand’s ambassador to Canada and received the prestigious Queen’s Service Order in recognition of his public service from Queen Elizabeth II.

Dr. David Brat is dean of Liberty University's School of Business in Lynchburg, Virginia, and also serves on the International Leaders Summit’s executive advisory board. As a brilliant economist, he also served as the president of the Virginia Association of Economists and was a member of the Virginia Board of Accountancy.

As a member of Congress, Dr. David Brat served the Commonwealth of Virginia’s 7th district from 2014 to 2017. Dr. David Brat served on the House Budget Committee, and as a member of the House Freedom Caucus he led the charge in Congress for a more fiscally responsible budget process. He also served on the Education and Small Business Committees, and Chaired the subcommittee on Economic Growth, Tax and Capital Access.

His knowledge base comes from years of experience in business, as an economic consultant with Arthur Andersen and the World Bank and more than 20 years of work in higher education teaching economics and ethics. He worked with the Senate side of the Virginia General Assembly for seven years.
